Leasehold Property Management

We are involved in the collection of ground rents and building insurance which is arranged through your freeholder/landlord. We offer both our clients and their leaseholders a friendly and reliable service.

We are not involved in property maintenance. We feel our clients and their leaseholders benefit from local agent involvement in service and maintenance matters, so where appropriate your freeholder appoints local property managing agents to work with the development. This allows us to specialise in the rent collection and insurance areas.
