Started by Wirral Landlords, who have the 'nitty gritty' experience of managing their own rental property portfolios, Wirral property management company Opus Lettings was started with the Landlords perspective very much front of mind. Initially started simply to manage our own property portfolio, after being repeatedly let down by other local wirral letting agents, we soon started helping out other landlords who we met at local networking events, by letting them use our maintenance team and management systems.
Soon enough we where carrying out so many favours on behalf of other landlords, alongside our own properties, we decided to offer letting agency and property management service to the open market in what is now known as 'Opus Lettings & Management'. Opus Lettings was founded by young entrepreneurs, landlords and brothers Adam and Daniel Labno.
