LD Sports Massage

I have been working in the health and fitness industry since 2004 as a group fitness coach and personal trainer. In addition to my many fitness qualifications, my interest in how the body moves and performs have led me to study further and complete a FD Sports Therapy, BSc Hons Integrated Health and VTCT Sports Massage, with commendations and first class honors.

Since qualifying I have worked in a private practice in Newcastle and Switzerland. I then went on to become a senior European Sports Therapist, training and managing a team of sports therapists across France, Austria, Italy and Switzerland.

I have always been involved in sport and fitness since an early age and come from a sporting family of NUFC footballers, GB gymnasts, coaches and fitness fanatics. I have been skiing for over 30 years and am a keen road cyclist. In addition I teach 8 fitness classes each week, including Spinning, Pilates and Skip-fit.
