Adrian Jones specialises in litigation valuations, flat lease extensions and the modification and extinguishment of freehold restrictive covenants. Adrian has appeared as an expert witness in the Lands Tribunal, County Court and High Court.
Initially in the case of restrictive covenants and other matters involving litigation or potential litigation, the normal practice is to peruse the legal documents free of charge. Following this, if the decision is to proceed, the fees are discussed and agreed.
