Kingsdale Group

Having served chartered accountancy articles with Ernst & Young, William worked in international publishing until 1985 when he moved to become Financial Director of the newly formed Retirement Care Group. This was his introduction to managing property on behalf of retired home owners. At Retirement Care he was responsible for successfully developing the financial and computer systems to meet the needs of the company's rapidly expanding management operations. He brought that experience to Kingsdale and the company has always sought to achieve continuing improvements to its accounting and administrative systems. Although still responsible for financial matters, William now has a wider role in guiding the company through its next phase of expansion. Ann has been involved in housing management since 1971, and has specialised in retirement housing for the last twenty years.
