Network Property Management was originally set up by one of our Directors, a portfolio Landlord who found that maintenance issues arising from poor management of his properties, were severely affecting his portfolio value and cash flow, due to lost tenants. Finding tenants is easy in this market, because mortgages can be hard to come by; keeping them happy and encouraging responsible occupancy is not.

Network Property Management Limited was originally established to provide a full letting and property management service to landlords in the North of England. Our competition, in the letting arena is fierce, however the difference is very clear as far as maintenance is concerned. We do it in house, with full accountability for our work. We are privately owned and all of the owners of Network Property Management have investment properties, as do the majority of its staff.
