Kailash Yoga & Therapy Centre

Kailash Mistry is an experienced Hatha Yoga teacher from India who now shares her enthusiasm for original and traditional Hatha Yoga within her classes in Rugby and surrounding areas. She has been practising since her childhood in India where Yoga was taught at school, and has since renewed her own appreciation of the benefits of Yoga through studying with several inspiring Yoga masters from India. This ongoing training has allowed her to maintain the purity and essence of Yoga, which appeals to so many of her students.

Kailash combines her teacher training with an in-depth knowledge and passion for her subject, offering a unique opportunity for students to learn about Yoga and gain an insight into its benefits. She has taught in various settings including schools and fitness centres, and has received much positive feed-back regarding improved well-being.
