Since first starting as a trainee surveyor in 1972 in Manchester, Andrew has continued his career in the property business throughout and is still enjoying it as much now as when he first started. With over 40 years in Estate Agency / Surveying he has gained wide experience in many aspects of the business from land agency and property development to valuations and property sales for both commercial and residential buildings. The scope of the locations and areas he has reviewed over this time covers the many sides of the diverse local market that we have across the south of Manchester, Cheshire, West Derbyshire and across to North Wales.

A keen sportsman having played rugby and cricket locally for many years and turning his hand to most sports, he now enjoys the outdoors with a keen interest in conservation and rural life.
