As a landlord you will receive secure 'log in' details and then will be able to download and/or print property statements for any chosen period. This is revolutionary and none of our local competitors can offer this service. Our landlords have commented that they are saving time and money allowing their accountant to access the information especially our multi-property landlords who can access consolidated statements for all their properties.
