I’ve been a wedding and family photographer for 10 years, so it’s fair to say you’re in safe hands. I live just outside Birmingham, with my husband, three teenage daughters and a dog called Buddy, who can’t fetch or catch anything but I have taught him to smile.
I love meeting people, chatting to them and finding out what their story is. So being a photographer is the perfect job. I think I’m one of the lucky ones to do what I love for a living.
Although I’m a wedding photographer in Birmingham, I get to travel all over the UK and abroad for weddings. I’ve seen quite a bit of the world, when I first got together with my husband, he convinced me we should have an adventure. I gave up my job, rented out my house and off we went around the world. After travelling and being together 24/7 for 12 months, without killing each other, we knew it was the real deal, so we tied the knot in Bali, Indonesia.
He’s my best friend and the person who I laugh the most with.
