Ipswich Music Schools was founded in 2009 under the name Punch Rock Schools. Our idea was simple: to provide 11-17 year olds the opportunity to learn to play an instrument and to make friends whilst doing so. Since then this original idea has developed. Our Rock Schools and Music Clubs focus on developing three key areas. Songwriting, performance and social skills. Three things that are important to all modern musicians.

Ross started playing and making music when he was five years old. Since then he has traveled the world as a drummer, percussionist and vocalist. Playing the internationally renowned SXSW music festival in Texas for two consecutive years. He has performed at concerts in ten countries. Supporting artists such as Florence & The Machine, The Hoosiers, The Futureheads and Dirty Pretty Things.
