Integrated Building Consultancy (IBC Architects) was formed in 1993, which was a time of recession in the UK Construction Industry. At that time IBC offered a multi disciplinary service which soon changed to concentrate on architecture and construction project management. IBC can now be found at 58 The Broadway, Thatcham from where we are able to offer a full range of Architectural Services although the practice is best suited to projects that are small in scale and with a value up to £3,000,000. Phillip Bevan is the principal of the company and is experienced in all areas of construction projects of the type IBC has become very familiar with.
IBC works in close association with other construction professionals and is able to organise a construction team for the project requiring the services of a multi-disciplined team.
