Established since 1983 Woodstock Design Associates has been involved in projects from the smallest of home extensions and alterations through to hospital wings, offices and new housing projects. The practice is a small family based unit based in Sittingbourne Kent and we are able to provide a personal but professional design service to projects of all sizes. We aim to guide clients through the pitfalls of the design and construction process offering advice on planning, conservation, building regulations and environmental matters associated with the increasingly complicated statutory approvals required. We work closely with Local authorities throughout Kent, London and the South East and have an excellent success rate of obtaining planning and listed building approvals.
