The team is led by Managing Director Gary Cleary, supported by Technical Director Craig Kefford and Operations Manager Michelle Booth. We have been providing compliance documentation such as EPCs and DECs and Air Conditioning Inspections (TM44) since 2008. We are known as a no nonsense, reliable provider with the experience of dealing with all manner of building and energy compliance related issues. We have developed to provide bespoke energy audits, consultancy roles including CRC Energy Efficiency Scheme and now provide support as ESOS Lead Assessors. Working nationally and increasingly in the South — (recently creating a base in London), we have developed a national team of associates who can deal with both volume assignments and a high level of consultancy services to meet the ever increasing demand for C02 reduction targets, fuel cost savings, design stage assessments and funding applications for renewable technologies.
