After working closely as colleagues for many years in the South West property and construction industry, and having built-up over 25 years’ experience between them, chartered surveyors Treve Hosken and Phillip Parks have realised their ambition to create their own practice of property and construction consultants. Formed in 2010, Hosken Parks was born out of a mutual desire to provide a highly personal and bespoke service, underpinned by sound local knowledge and best practice, and dedicated to understanding and fulfilling the particular needs of clients in the Westcountry. Our approach is founded on respect, sustainability and transparency. Our relationship with our clients is paramount, and we aim to communicate with clarity and deliver excellent results. Our clients receive director-level service at all times.
