Helen Kelly Architect is an architectural practice established to provide a personal and professional service, assisting clients realise the potential of their properties through considered design - residential or commercial. The Practice believes that a well researched and realistic approach to time and client's budgetary requirements at the outset of a project, coupled with a sympathetic response to design, can lead to an outcome that enhances the environs of contemporary living and working. Close dialogue with the client provides a bespoke service to suit the individual's needs and ambitions, from initial feasibilty options through to work on site. Following more than a decade as a director of Malcolm Fraser Architects, Helen brings to this new practice a wealth of experience having worked for over 20 years on both large and small scale projects, many award winning in the historic heart of Edinburgh. Qualifications: ARB, CSCS registered.
