We understand that for most clients the decision to undertake a building project represents a huge financial and emotional commitment.

With our dedicated and personal approach we strive to make your Grand Design as simple and as stress-free as possible at every stage. We are very happy to meet potential clients for a free initial consultation to discuss your aspirations. We will then provide a fee quotation to suit your specific requirements. In general we base project fees on a percentage of the overall estimated construction cost. This fee is then broken down into individual sums for each project stage.
We are based in Leith and work extensively in Edinburgh and the Lothians.
