In the class we will work on releasing tightness in the shoulders and middle back and restoring blood and fluid circulation in the hips and lower back. We will use an abdominal breathing which is incredibly efficient for releasing muscular tension and hydrating the lower back muscles, hips and will strengthen your core.
The class will tone your muscles and will calm your mind! Students claim to have better night sleep, hip and lower back pain release, an ease with muscle cramps and shoulder tightness.The class is £8.00 per a session and PAY AS YOU GO!
