The Martial Arts Classes we teach include Beginner and Advanced Freestyle Kickboxing classes, Kids kickboxing classes (ages 4-14), MMA (Mixed Martial Arts), Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Lunchtime Kickboxing Classes, Personal Training and more. With facilities including a gym with cardio machines, fitness equipment, free weights and showers and now with opening hours from 12am-9.30pm (Monday-Thursday, Friday 6pm-8pm) during the week our members can have a work out (including use of the bags and the mats) at almost any time!
