All our instructors are certified with CRB checks, teacher certificates, first aid trained and fully insured to provide quality instruction to all students. Our wide range of classes are designed to suit all ages, levels of fitness and ability, teaching the fundamentals of kickboxing and self defence as well as having fun. You will have a choice of payments at our academy which are a "pay as you train" or a "monthly membership" depending upon how many times a week you train.

Your first 2 lessons will be free of charge so just bring yourself, a drink and maybe bring a friend along too. The senior Instructor and owner of the GFKC is John Tomlinson who has over 25 years of martial arts experience in a variety of disciplines. John is trained to a high standard in the art of kickboxing and has learnt from the best instructors and fighters over the years.
