The Den Fight Centre circuits are suitable for men and women. Our fighting fit circuit lessons involve Mixed Martial Art drills performed at the students own pace. Our circuits are a great general body workout in a fun and enjoyable format. Say goodbye to boring treadmills and cross trainers. After one session there will be no turning back!
