Philip Gifford and Associates was set up in 2009 by Philip Gifford as a property management company which specialises in the management of multi-let commercial properties throughout the North of England. The company has grown significantly over its first four years and now manages over £120 million of property and employs 15 full time members of staff. PG&A manages properties on behalf of a range of organisations and clients, including banks, companies, high net worth individuals and also overseas companies.

Whether their requirement is cost reduction or even a more intensive management service we will provide it. It is delivery on this approach that has underpinned and enabled our growth to date. Our goal by the end of 2014 is to have £250 million under manangement and we are well on the way to achieving this.
