Mulberry Property Investment Management Limited ('MPIM') is an Originator and Asset Manager for commercial real estate opportunities throughout the UK. We apply our knowledge, experience and expertise to add value to our projects. Our principle focus is the Industrial, Distribution and Office sector. Projects have included both portfolios and stand-alone property assets. We work closely with our clients and partners from acquisition, through the management process and to disposal applying a dynamic and 'hands-on' approach with the aim of realising the full potential of the assets under our management.

MPIM has completed a number of successful projects as Principal, Asset Manager and via success related asset management joint ventures during the last 12 years. We also provide consultancy and 'in house' asset management services, working with our partners' existing fund and finance team.
