We’re not like other gyms as we’re owned and run by qualified personal trainers who work hard as a team to deliver a fun, friendly and supportive environment in a relaxed atmosphere, where everyone is welcome. All work and no play (makes Jack a dull boy) - so we think having fun is essential. That’s why Fresh is more than just a gym! We train hard and party harder - with themed nights out; cycling to Paris and Padstow; climbing Kilimanjaro and enjoying a mud bath through an army assault course.
