As well as a large free weight and cardio area, there is a seperate ladies only gym which includes cardio and resistance equipment, a boxing/kickboxing area including a range of bags and changing rooms with shower facilities. But at the same time, we have many members who come regularly to workout as part of a general fitness regime.
