How it all started … In 2011 I was approached by a family member, who is a website designer. He had created the website www.flintholidayhomemanagementcornwall and set it live on google. However, he took a change in direction in his career from what this website could offer and wondered if I would be interested. At the age of 20 I embraced this opportunity with both hands was determined to make this work. I relocated to Cornwall in 2012 from Leicestershire with my family to start this new exciting adventure. I became inundated with enquires and calls from many holiday home owners. By 2013, I was settled in a small 1 bedroom apartment, in the centre of Newquay. I transformed a corner of my lounge into an office area and from this location I started building the business and recruiting staff. After only six months I had gained a range of holiday homes to manage and decided more space was required to grow.
