Established in 1986 The Home Management Company is UNIQUE as the only dedicated Lettings and Property Management Company in the Bushey and surrounding area. We are an Independent company offering a complete professional and bespoke service to both landlords and tenants including property management. We are fully Licensed and regulated by ARLA (The Association of Residential Letting Agents) and a member of The Property Ombudsman Scheme. Our fees are competitive, but our service is second to none.
The Home Management Company was established in 1986 in Bushey Village. Our core values integrity, professionalism and lasting relationships are at the heart of everything we do, and all part of the expertise and experience that is produced from almost 30 years in the business.
The company grew steadily at first, adding to its portfolio of properties in Bushey Heath, Bushey Village, Oxhey Village and Watford — largely ‘homes’ in the early days, while the owners lived and worked abroad.
With the introduction of the Housing Act 1988 which became law in January 1989, the market grew rapidly, but a different type of landlord began to emerge. The recession encouraged owners to let properties they were unable to sell, and with the protection of the new housing act, they felt confident with their decision.
