Since qualifying in 2002, my passion for massage and bodywork has continually deepened as I find myself constantly inspired to learn different approaches and techniques from around the globe. I started my working life as a massage therapist at The Sanctuary Covent Garden, whilst studying advanced massage techniques and energy healing.

Essence Massage and Therapies came to fruition in August 2009, as a tranquil, therapeutic and nurturing space where people can come to completely relax and replenish. All of our therapists are experienced in and dedicated to their particular field of expertise.
Our bodies are the homes we live in and they are our life's story so far, storing all our experiences in "cellular memory". I use techniques from eastern and western massage modalities, holistic medical massage, myofascial release, cranio-sacral therapy and energy healing, depending on your particular needs.
