Firstly we let and manage rental property on behalf of private and commercial landlords. Landlords choose whether they want us simply to find them a tenant, or to look after every aspect of the tenancy, including such things as the gas safety checks, general maintenance, HMO licensing where applicable, and of course rent collection and dealing with all queries the tenant may have. Although our office is based in North Oxford, we let and manage properties in all areas of the City and within a ten mile radius of the centre.

Secondly, we manage whole developments of flats or houses on behalf of commercial landlords or Management Companies. This entails advice on setting budgets, raising service charge invoices, chasing any slow payers, and overseeing the day to day running of the development from regular cleaning of communal areas and gardening, through to arranging tendering for major works such as replacing the roof or windows.
