We believe that letting a property should be as straightforward as possible and have streamlined all of our processes to offer Landlords and Tenants the most efficient route to a successful let. The directors of Newbrick have been heavily involved in managing residential buy to let properties throughout the UK since 2001 and have extensive knowledge of all aspects of both property maintenance and tenant liaison. We have experience in setting up multiple Housing Management Teams both for private companies and for ourselves.

Previous projects have included working with private companies on direct contracts with Governmental and Local Authorities managing up to 750 properties in London and over 2,000 properties regionally. Our expertise in this area has enabled us to successfully implement bespoke management systems which can be ran effectively from a single geographical location.
