The founder of Elmbrook Lettings & Management, Gina Onyemaechi, is herself a buy-to-let property investor. Due to a highly uncomfortable set of circumstances in the letting of one of her properties some months ago, Gina has experienced first-hand the worst in a lettings service. Through a stringent vetting process for prospective tenants (whose details you will find in full in the section entitled "Tenant Services"), then, Gina aims, with her team at Elmbrook Lettings & Management, to achieve for her landlord clients nil voids, nil arrears, and nil losses of any kind. In other words, Gina and her team will manage your property as if it was their own.

In keeping with our commitment to landlords, Elmbrook Lettings & Management offers a fully transparent rent and property management service. Our administration software (provided by Rentview) enables landlords to create their own personal administration account through which they can view their entire history of rental statements and invoices.
