Murray Smith BSc FRICS ACIArb is Managing Director and heads the Valuation Department. He began working for Dunphys in 1982 after employment in the public and private sectors. With long experience of the valuation of both commercial and residential property in the West London area he is on the RICS panel of Arbitrators and Independent Experts and is regularly appointed in disputes concerning rent review and other valuation disputes.
Dunphys was founded in 1908 and the current director's involvement dates from the 1970's. Since then the company has grown and evolved, establishing itself as one of the leading independent firms of Chartered Surveyors in West London, providing a comprehensive range of property related services.
