I have 30 years experience surveying residential properties in the Midlands and have been the principal local surveyor providing advice to homebuyers in and around Lichfield as Whitfield & Associates since 1992. As such I have been privileged to receive many repeat instructions from clients and their families over the years.

I carry out Building Surveys and RICS Homebuyer Reports for house purchasers, as well as valuations for private and institutional clients. As a fully independent surveyor my reports are often able to assist clients in the negotiation of price reduction if defects are found to exist, or if the value of the property following survey is found lower than the agreed price.
