Dr Stephen Buller

My current practice is largely based in Derby City, in the UK, where I see patients, and engage in teaching, education and research. I also supervise other practitioners, and offer strategic and organisational consultancy. Much of my time is spent with Cathexis Psychotherapy, a social enterprise, where I am Director and Lead Consultant. Additionally I work with the Psychotherapy Foundation, an organisation working to promote, support and develop the use of safe, effective, evidence-based treatments, and the proper and sound governance of these treatments, where I am Chair and Senior Consultant.

I am a qualified clinician and psychotherapist, with substantial experience and training. For the major part of my career I worked in the NHS as a psychotherapist and specialist in psychotherapy. More recently I had a senior and lead role in specialist NHS psychotherapy and psychological therapies across Derby City and Derbyshire.

I work with a range of other organisations and professional bodies.
