I understand that no two people are the same; therefore, all of my therapy sessions are designed around you the individual, as you are now and the person you would like to become. I also know that sometimes making that first contact for therapy can seem scary at first, however, my Telephone consultations are completely confidential and free of charge and you are free of any obligation to make an appointment.
