My name is Dr David Spalter and I am an Integrative Counselling Psychologist and Psychotherapist living and working in London. Finding a psychologist or psychotherapist can feel daunting. It's so vital because the success of the work depends largely upon whether you and your therapist are able to create a strong working relationship and that is only possible if there is some personal chemistry there.
