Dorchester Property Lettings is a privately owned family business and operates with a focus on customer satisfaction. Being totally independent and owning our own premises in High West Street, Dorchester, we are able to keep our costs down and offer fair charges to both Landlords and Tenants.
On the premises are the Owners, Mike and Lynn Jerome as well as part time staff during busy times.
Mike and Lynn both have long term experience in the property industry. Mike managed shopping centres and blocks of flats for institutional investors and pension funds and Lynn was responsible for maintenance at the famous Harefield Heart Hospital in West London.
Property maintenance, (for both Landlords and any other Property Owners) is carried out by our contractors who are known to us and have been vetted for insurance, health and safety compliance and competence. We do not mark up maintenance work on jobs that are below £500 unless there are peculiar circumstances.
As part of our commitment to the local community, Dorchester Property Lettings owns a small Judo club in Fordington. It is a new club, originating May 2016 and is attended by local children who are beginners in Judo. Mike is the chief instructor having first practiced Judo in 1969.
