They are supported by Julian Waters in New Zealand who covers program development and sales in the Far East. Jonathan was educated as an Agricultural Biochemist, and after studying rumen amino acid metabolism for his PhD, spent 4 years at the University of Cambridge teaching nutrition to medical and veterinary students.

Jonathan was educated as an Agricultural Biochemist, and after studying rumen amino acid metabolism for his PhD, spent 4 years at the University of Cambridge teaching nutrition to medical and veterinary students. He worked as a nutritionist for a major feed compounder responsible for the nutritional and raw material specifications of all dairy, beef, calf and sheep feeds. He was Technical Secretary for the 'Feed into Milk' project and is now Technical Secretary of the Forage Analytical Assurance group which assures the quality of silage analysis in the UK. Since 1993 he has provided nutritional support to farmers, feed suppliers and compounders. He began DietCheck in 1997.
