You can also contact me to book in for a one-to-one consultation to address your particular needs. Soon you will be able to book in for a consultation with me at a new premises in Edinburgh. I will be working under ‘Healthy for Sport', a new sports medicine business at Argyle Place.
I will be able to use blood sampling for markers such as vitamin D status to fine-tune your nutritional needs. I wrote my final year undergraduate dissertation on the diets for speed and stamina and fell in love with the fact that taking a bit of notice to your diet can make a significant difference to your performance at any level.
