I am a fully qualified, experienced psychotherapeutic counsellor with training in psychodynamic therapy and additional training in cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) and counselling young people. My registered and accredited status membership of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy reflects my additional level of experience and I practise in accordance with BACP’s Ethical Framework for Good Practice in Counselling and Psychotherapyâ€.
