Contemporary Coaching

I've felt stuck and trapped at times, changed jobs and careers, retrained, struggled with issues, and had my own counselling and coaching along the way. Although sometimes difficult, ultimately I've learnt from this process, and now draw from it when working with others. I've also worked as a counsellor for the Sussex Alcohol and Substance Use Service (SASS), supporting the NHS and ADDACTION. I'm currently working with West Sussex County Council Social Services and I am an Aviva eligible provider of psychological/counselling therapy.

My previous career centred around I.T. Management for banks, digital media and utility firms in London. I have a great deal of experience in developing and building successful corporate teams, managing complex projects and shaping corporate and business strategy and marketing initiatives. A considerable amount of my career has also been involved in team building, line management, individual coaching and associated personal development and H.R. initiatives.
