John Daniels and David Ferraby founded the partnership of Daniels Ferraby & Co in September 1980. In May 2005 Daniels Ferraby & Co was incorporated and became DF Legal LLP (limited liability partnership). This was due to the desire to move forward, and the name change is symbolic of the firm's proactive approach to further increasing its strong reputation. The changes illustrated the partners' desire to expand the business whilst remaining well equipped to deal with the competitive local market.
