Employment Information Services was established in 2002 by David McNaught who, after an international HR management career with Johnson & Johnson, was working for a London-based international consultancy. Instead of using standard, packaged solutions he believed that every employment problem has unique features and had to be addressed as such, through a customised and affordable set of solutions.
Employment Information Services has now combined with the Human Resources consultancy 'Employment Advisory Services' in order to extend the range of services offered to employers and individuals who require expert, but cost-effective, support to address a whole range of employment problems as well as designing customised and effective HR systems for any size organisation.
A breakdown in the employer/employee relationship can be costly and damaging to both parties, with the potential for high legal costs, compensation and increased insurance premiums.
