Initially Delta was formed to provide Life Insurance & Pensions advice to the clients of an accountancy firm which were primarily small and medium sized family owned businesses. The business was very much reactive and on a transactional basis as and when it was required. Today the firm has evolved into a proactive fee based firm of financial planners specialising in a number of areas and has become the trusted adviser for many of our clients and their families in all areas of their financial lives. It is sometimes difficult to differentiate between firms of Financial Advisers unless referred by an existing client. Many will outline their high service standards, qualifications and experience but Delta go one step further and believe that clients should clearly understand the advice they are paying for. Delta reassert this with a pledge to all clients that if they do not understand the advice they have been given, Delta will at their own expense go through the advice again and if the client is still not happy they will refund any fees relating to that advice.
