Next, we teach Aikido in schools. This develops self confidence, concentration and respect in children. An hour of a practical discipline to focus their mind and body is better for them (and cheaper) than a games console.

Finally, we will be opening an Aikido Club to teach Martial Arts to adults and children - venue to be arranged - so please watch this space. The courses are suitable for beginners to intermediates and all levels of fitness. Needless to say, all our instructors are Black Belts with enhanced CRB checks and are insured and First Aid trained.
