As part of the United Kingdom Taekwon-Do Association we offer a professional approach to our tuition in original authentic Taekwon-Do. All our instructors hold genuine ITF Certification, are security checked with Criminal Records Bureau (CRB), are covered by Public Indemnity Insurance, have First Aid training and certification, and are required to attend regular courses and seminars to maintain our high standards of instruction.

Thames Valley Pro Taekwon-Do offers specialised self defence and fitness training for all age groups and ability levels with fully qualified and insured instructors following a structured and internationally recognised syllabus, established within the UK since 1967.

Martial Arts offer all the normal benefits of sports exercise: fitness, strength, endurance and flexibility, but with the additional benefit of self defence. It also instills self discipline and a code of ethics that is unique; through regular training you will learn self control, developing a positive mental attitude.
