Our bespoke Catering unit is there to provide your event with excellent food literally anywhere. We serve Bacon, Sausages and Burgers all made on the Farm using stock which is home bred. As well as Fresh Coffee and Yorkshire Tea this can be enjoyed with a Toasted Pannini or a slice of home baked cake.
I am proud to say that we produce all our own Beef, Pork and Lamb as well as Free Range Eggs, Fruit from a 70 tree orchard as well as growing potatoes. We then keep going, producing Dry Cured Bacon, Cured Hams, Sausages and Beef Burgers.
As well as being based at home, we have Darlington Farmers Auction Mart Canteen as well as running all conferences at Thirsk Racecourse. At the Mart it is as you would expect, all the traditional breakfast delights are on offer then scones to keep the morning going then onto Traditional Roasts and daily specials for lunch. If you are still peckish in the afternoon a piece of homemade cake ill set you on your way.
