We also specialise in General Fitness for losing weight and toning up including Stadium Circuit Training. We welcome all levels of fitness from beginners to professional sports teams. We have Adults classes, Children's classes and Ladies Only Classes, including our intensive 4-week Ladies Bootcamp!
