CW1 CrossFit is purpose built Strength & Conditioning unit, fitted with the top of the range weightlifting, cardio & gymnastics equipment. This is enables us to provide the best facility in Cheshire for those people truly serious about increasing their performance or building general fitness. The facility is spread over 2,500sq ft, what we DON'T have is a fancy juice bar, saunas and cold towels on arrival, mirrors to admire yourself or large amounts of glitzy glam high priced over rated machinery.
