Definitions Health and Fitness Gym

Definitions Health & Fitness is a relaxed, family run gym covering approx. 12,000sq ft with secure off road parking for up to 70 vehicles. We have several pricing plans, from Bronze to Silver and Gold, depending on your personal circumstances and needs. Visit our pricing page for details, and on how to apply for membership. Welcome to our Gym — this is the entrance area as you walk into the gym. Our amazing staff will greet you, where you can check in and begin your workout or treatment. Our Classes are amazing, and our Weights Area has a vast array of equipment for you to try. We have some stunning gym facilities here in Spalding for you to try, and if you have body image aspirations, we can help you there too with many treatments available.
